Terms of Service
Last updated: June 27, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Salio (“Salio”, “we”, “us”), which helps merchants improve their product data and publish product feeds to sales channels such as Google. By connecting a store or otherwise using Salio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Salio.
The service
Salio analyzes your product data, surfaces issues and suggested fixes, and generates, hosts, and submits product feeds to the sales channels you connect. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.
Your account and stores
- You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
- You may only connect stores and accounts you are authorized to manage, and you are responsible for activity under your account.
- You are responsible for your product data and for ensuring your listings comply with the policies of any channel you publish to (for example, Google’s Merchant Center policies).
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Salio for unlawful, infringing, or deceptive purposes.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.
- Reverse engineer or resell the service except as permitted by law.
Third-party services
Salio integrates with third-party platforms you choose to connect, such as Shopify and Google. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them. You authorize Salio to access and act on those platforms on your behalf to provide the service.
Fees
Some features may be offered free of charge or as part of a paid plan. If paid plans apply, pricing and billing terms will be presented to you before you incur charges.
Intellectual property
Salio and its software, content, and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors. You retain all rights to your own data; you grant us the rights needed to operate the service and provide the features you use.
Disclaimer
Salio is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that your products will be approved by any channel, or any particular sales or advertising outcome. Channel approval decisions are made solely by those channels.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Salio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using Salio and disconnect your stores at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service. On termination, your right to use Salio ends; data deletion is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above; continued use after changes means you accept them.
